Mushroom foraging in Engadin ๐Ÿ„ Our friends recommended us coming here for the food and we found that the forest by the river Inn is a great place to find some delicious porcini ๐Ÿ„โ€๐ŸŸซ and poisonous toadstool mushrooms ๐Ÿ„ After the walk we headed to the nearby Piste21 restaurant (book in advance) for scrumptious polenta with porcini and cheese! Yummy! ๐Ÿ’ก BTW, did you know that the Engadin – long high Alpine valley region in the eastern Swiss Alps in the canton of Graubรผnden, follows the route of the Inn from its headwaters at Maloja Pass in the southwest running roughly northeast until the Inn flows into Austria, little less than one hundred kilometers downstream. The Inn subsequently flows at Passau into the Danube, making it the only Swiss river to drain into the Black Sea. #switzerland #swiss #verytroubledchild #engadin
